Known as the national dish of the Philippines, this soy marinated chicken(thighs) dish is rich in flavor and comfort. Usually served with white rice

White Chicken Chili
Pulled chicken in a white broth with cannellini beans, corn and green chiles. Served with Siracha sour cream for that light heat.

Chicken Florentine
Chicken breast stuffed with a blend of spinach and cheeses then dredged in egg and seared served with a mushroom cream sauce

Chicken Piccata Meatballs
These mini meatballs give you all the flavor of traditional piccata with the lemony caper sauce without the flour coated chicken breast.

Chicken Marsala
Seasoned and seared chicken breast or cutlets topped with a slightly sweet mushroom marsala sauce.

Chicken Fricassee
A classic French chicken stew made with chicken thighs, mushrooms and a light creamy sauce. Can substitute chicken cutlets but I prefer the bone in thighs.

Chicken Primavera
Primavera is Italian for springtime. This dish is light and fresh with lightly roasted seasonal vegetables and simple Italian seasonings. Just because its Italian doesn't mean you have to have it with pasta but it sure is good with it.

Bolognese
This famous Italian meat sauce (also known in Italian as ragù alla bolognese) originated in Bologna, Italy, and comprises pork, beef, pancetta, and San Marzano tomatoes. Bolognese (pronounced in Italian bow-luh-ney-zeh) is not to be confused with Italian meat sauce. This sauce is less focused on the tomatoes, and more on the minced meat! It’s thick, hearty, and also involves small pieces of vegetables (soffritto) that set it apart from traditional Italian meat sauces.

Cottage Pie
This English classic has a deeply savory ground beef filling with traditional mirepoix and added peas cooked in a rich red wine beef gravy topped with creamy mashed potato, baked until golden. The difference between shepherds pie and cottage pie is the protein, shepherds pie is lamb and cottage pie is beef.
